Our Precautions and Policies Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to rising cases of COVID-19 in the area, the firm is planning to avoid in-person meetings with clients in both our Blacksburg and Radford offices until further notice.

Our doors will remain open for dropping off/picking up your information and for other general purposes. However, we are attempting to avoid long periods of exposure for both us and our clients. Our usual in-person tax season meetings do not allow us or our clients to avoid long periods of close contact.

Due to our significant workload during this time of the year, we are attempting to avoid lapses in production due to contact tracing, quarantine protocols, etc. Any consultations that typically took place in-person can take place via teleconferencing. Conference calls, Zoom (or equivalent) meetings, email communications, etc. are all available options. We appreciate your understanding and will do whatever we can to make your tax preparation process as easy and safe as possible.

We also have a drop box available at the Blacksburg office. The box is located next to the front door of our office at 2001 South Main St., Suite 6.

If you are uncomfortable coming into the office to drop of your information or if you need to drop information off after hours, this box will be always available. It is secure and will be checked daily. Radford clients can drop information through the front door slot or can leave information at the front door after calling.
